The next morning Eve struggled through the fog of a deep sleep. Lucian had shown her that she did indeed, have something left for him the night before. It resulted in her getting very little rest.

She looked over at him as he lay next to her facing her. His long, black hair tumbled around him, in stark relief to the white of the sheets. Dark circles lay under his closed eyes, and he was so beautiful she wanted to cry or take him again, perhaps both.

She swung her legs off the bed carefully, not wanting to wake him. She went looking for her training clothes before creeping out of the room, and quietly closing the door.

She came face to face with Raven and Mika, as they made their way to her room. They smiled at her, and bid her good morning, their eyes caressing her naked form.

“Lucian is still asleep, so please let him rest. He didn’t get much sleep last night.” She was pulling on her pants when the words tumbled out, and she bit her lower lip when she realized what she had said had implied.

Sure enough, they both wore grins on their gorgeous faces.

“He is a fortunate man, indeed.” Raven took the shirt and vest from her fingers as his eyes devoured her bare breasts. “He had your pleasure all night, and then gets to sleep in this morning.”

“Raven, if I wasn’t so damn sore, I would take you to bed right now, so you would now that you are not missing anything by not laying with me.” She grinned as he laced her vest.

Heat flared in his black eyes, and he leaned to whisper in her ear.

“Oh, beautiful Lady Eve, I do not believe you.” Eve drew back and sought his eyes, as her own went wide with surprise. “I believe paradise lies between your legs, for I heard Lucian’s cries in the night.”

Eve gulped.

She had wrung many loud cries from Lucian the previous night, as she had been a woman on a mission. Her mission was to make him lose all of that control he was so proud of, and she had succeeded beautifully. Her eyes softened when she remembered him writhing beneath her mouth and hands.

“Hush, you beautiful man, and finish dressing me.”

Raven grinned. His heart and soul belonged to his Lady and always would, but he had always loved women and this one piqued his curiosity and his lust. Most particularly after Lucian had subtly warned him off.

A knock sounded at the door, and a chuckling Mika went to open it. Mika, too, had heard Lucian and his own desires had been stirred. It had been too long since he had lain with his Lady, and this Lady was very beautiful, and very desirable indeed.

He opened the door to find a large, brawny woman without.

“Good morning,” she said, her eyes devoured him. “I am the Smith, here to see the Lady Eve.”

“Oh! Come in!” Eve was so excited she nearly fell, as Raven was trying to pull her boots on when she started walking.
